- Evaluate and Educate: I will provide access to everything available on the market. Whether it is For Sale by Owner, New Listing, or an Inner-office Exclusive listing, I will help you find your perfect home!
- Pre-Approval: I will assist you in finding a loan officer that fits your needs for pre-approval to help determine your financial options.
- Personal Shopper: By signing up for my Listing Update Service, you will receive new listings that fit your search criteria as soon as they hit the market.
- Red Flags: Once your choices have been narrowed down, I will research the properties' backgrounds and history to identify any problems or issues to help you make an informed and sound decision prior to making an offer.
- The Offer: Together, we will structure an appropriate offer that is based on the findings. I will present your offer to the Seller's agent and negotiate on behalf of your best interest. I will advise you of inspections and assist in negotiating repairs and/or credits if necessary.
- Closing and Keys: I will take you to the finish line in regards to closing and delivering your new keys!
