Rachel is a native Oregonian, born and raised in the Portland Metro Area. Rachel attended the University of Oregon and has Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Journalism (Marketing and Advertising) and Population Studies and Demographics. Real estate is a common topic in the Russell household, as Rachel is married to a real estate investment broker. Their family also includes an energetic Bichon Frise named Duffy.
